1. Who we are

This website is an information site for the Eco Retreat township, built and operated by Happy Land, a real estate distributor. The township is developed by Ecopark Group together with DB Group.

Happy Land is the controller of the personal data you submit through this website. For any question about your data, please use the contact details in the final section.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only the minimum needed to advise you:

• Information you enter in the contact form on this site: full name, phone number, unit type of interest and an optional note.
• Information you submit through the Instant Form of our Facebook/Instagram ads: full name and phone number.
• Information you give us when you call or message us on Zalo.
• Anonymous analytics data: pages viewed, time of visit, device, referral source and a cookie identifier.

3. How the form on this site works

The contact form on this website does not store data on our servers. When you submit it, your browser opens Zalo with a pre-filled message; the message is only actually sent when you press send inside Zalo yourself.

In other words, if you do not send the message in Zalo, we never receive your details.

4. How we use your data

Your personal data is used only for the following purposes:

• Sending you the price list, available units, sales policies and project documents you asked for.
• Contacting you by phone, Zalo or email about Eco Retreat and comparable projects you are interested in.
• Arranging a site or show-unit visit.
• Supporting booking and contract procedures if you decide to purchase.
• Improving the content and usability of this website, based on anonymous analytics.

5. Sharing with third parties

We never sell or trade your personal data. It is shared only in these cases:

• With the project developer and the sales development unit, to the extent required to confirm unit availability, a booking or a contract — and only if you proceed with a transaction.
• With technical service providers that process data on our behalf: Google (Google Analytics 4 — site analytics), Meta Platforms (advertising and Instant Forms on Facebook/Instagram), VNG (Zalo — messaging), Vercel (website hosting).
• Where lawfully requested by a competent Vietnamese authority.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand overall traffic and behaviour. It sets a cookie on your device and records events such as page views, taps on the call button, taps on the Zalo button and form submissions. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from viewing the site.

7. Retention

Contact details are kept for as long as needed to advise you, and at most 24 months from your most recent contact, unless the law requires longer retention or you ask us to delete them sooner.

Anonymous Google Analytics data is retained according to the platform default settings.

8. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, you have the following rights over your data:

• To know what data of yours is processed and how.
• To request a copy of your personal data.
• To have inaccurate data corrected.
• To withdraw your consent at any time.
• To request deletion of your data, or to ask us to stop contacting you.
• To complain to the competent authority if you believe your rights have been infringed.

9. Security

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Internal access to customer information is limited to what the sales team needs. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way we handle data changes. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page. Please review it from time to time.
